Our Policies
At Opal Orthodontics we believe that our policies should be simple to read and easy to understand. Our customers have told us that they find the simplicity refreshing.
We make ordering easy with two straightforward options:
1) Pay by credit card.
2) Establish an account with us and we will mail you an invoice; we ask to be paid in full within a month.
For orders within the United States, we charge a single flat rate of $8.75 for standard delivery, no matter how large or small the order. If you would like your products to arrive faster, we can express ship using several different flat rate options based on your needs. Orders placed before 3:00 pm Mountain Time are shipped the same day; overnight delivery is always an option when you need it.
Order without fear. If you don’t get the right product, send it back. If you over-order, send it back. We do not charge restocking fees, and we pick up the return shipping costs. Just call Customer Service at (888)863–5883 and ask for a return label and an RMA number, so we can track your shipment back to us.
*Note: products for return to Opal Orthodontics must be unopened and in the original packaging. Custom band assemblies cannot be restocked. Products with a shelf life should be returned within a reasonable period after the purchase date.
