Return Policy

Opal products may be returned within 60 days of shipping in the original, unopened packaging for a full credit. All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unopened and unused in the original packaging. The product and packaging must be in resalable condition.
  • Products must be shipped prepaid and insured at full invoice value
  • Products must be packaged to prevent damage during transit to Opal. Opal reserves the right to refuse credit on damaged products.
  • A copy of th​e original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return must be included with the returned products
  • Opal may accept returns after 60 days, at its discretion, with a 20% restocking fee
  • Refrigerated materials cannot be returned
  • Custom products, such as band assemblies, cannot be returned
  • Items with shelf life must be returned with a reasonable shelf life remaining
  • Ultradent products (such as VALO) are subject to Ultradent's return policies

When returning products to Opal, please enclose a copy of the original invoice, and a note explaining the reason for return. Mark the RMA# on the box or invoice, and return to:
